OHL Roundup: Harper leads IceDogs past Colts 6-3; Niagara leads series 3-0

ST. CATHARINES, Ont. - Stephen Harper scored twice and added three assists as the Niagara IceDogs reeled off four unanswered goals to top the Barrie Colts 6-3 on Monday in Ontario Hockey League playoff action.

Niagara now leads the best-of-seven Eastern Conference final 3-0.

Josh Ho-Sang tied the game 3-3 at the 3:51 mark of the second period for the IceDogs and had three assists. Pavel Jenys had the eventual winner minutes later, while Christopher Paquette and Josh Wesley also found the back of the net.

Julius Nattinen, Adrian Carbonara and Justin Scott replied for Barrie.

Goalie Alex Nedeljkovic made 19 saves for the win. Mackenzie Blackwood started in net for the Colts, stopping 36-of-41 shots.

Both teams went 1 for 5 on the power play.
