Chase De Leo scores twice as Moose come back to beat IceHogs 5-4

WINNIPEG - Chase De Leo scored twice and added an assist as the Manitoba Moose came back to beat the Rockford IceHogs 5-4 on Sunday in American Hockey League action.

Dan DeSalvo had the winner at 17:18 of the third period for the Moose (25-40-9), the affiliate of the Winnipeg Jets. Brenden Kichton had a goal and two assists while Brendan Lemieux also chipped in.

Cameron Schilling, David Rundblad, Tyler Motte and Ryan Haggerty scored in the first period for Rockford (37-22-14).

Connor Hellebuyck made 39 saves for the win in net. Drew MacIntyre kicked out 25-of-30 shots in defeat.

Manitoba was 2 for 6 on the power play with the IceHogs converting once on five opportunities with the man advantage.
