Ferlin's third-period goal leads Bruins to 5-4 AHL win over Marlies

TORONTO - Brian Ferlin's third-period goal earned the Providence Bruins a 5-4 win over the Toronto Marlies in AHL action Saturday afternoon.

Ferlin's fourth goal of the season at 11:25 of the third proved to be the winner for Providence (31-19-9-3).

Brandon DeFazio, with two, Max Talbot and Frank Vatrano also scored for the Bruins while Zane McIntyre stopped 29 shots.

Eric Faille, Sam Carrick, Mark Arcobello and Brett Findlay replied for Toronto (45-14-5-0). Antoine Bibeau made 34 saves.
