Devils' Farnham to have Player Safety hearing
New Jersey Devils forward Bobby Farnham will have a hearing with the NHL Department of Player Safety on Wednesday.

New Jersey Devils forward Bobby Farnham will have a hearing with the NHL Department of Player Safety on Wednesday for a hit against St. Louis Blues forward Dmitrij Jaskin during a game Tuesday at Scottrade Center.

The incident occurred at 11:50 of the third period. Farnham was assessed a major penalty for interference. Jaskin played one additional shift in the final minute of the game.

St. Louis won the game 5-2.

The following grounds are being considered for supplemental discipline: interference. However, the Department of Player Safety retains the right to make adjustments to the infraction upon review.
