Washington Capitals forward Zach Sill will have a hearing with the NHL Department of Player Safety on Wednesday for a hit against defenseman Adam McQuaid of the Boston Bruins during a game Tuesday at TD Garden.

The incident occurred with 15:16 remaining in the second period. No penalty was called. McQuaid left the game and did not return.
Washington won the game 3-2.
