DENVER - Gabriel Landeskog et Matt Duchene ont tous les deux récolté un but et deux aides et l'Avalanche du Colorado a défait les Jets de Winnipeg 5-3, samedi, pour signer une rare victoire à domicile.
Leur troisième victoire à domicile a cependant été menacée lorsque les Jets ont comblé un déficit de trois buts pour s'approcher à un seul but grâce à celui de Jacob Trouba en milieu de troisième période.
Les Jets ont retiré le gardien Michael Hutchinson au profit d'un sixième attaquant avec 1:10 à faire, mais Trouba a été pénalisé. Duchene a alors complété la marque dans un filet désert.
