DeBoer returns to Sharks bench after missing game
San Jose Sharks coach Peter DeBoer arrived to Nationwide Arena in Columbus and is behind the bench for the game against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

COLUMBUS -- San Jose Sharks coach Peter DeBoer arrived to Nationwide Arena in Columbus and is behind the bench for the game against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

DeBoer flew to Columbus from New York after he missed San Jose's 3-1 win at the Pittsburgh Penguins on Saturday to tend to a personal matter.

The Sharks (12-8-0) are attempting to sweep a six-game road trip for the first time in their history.
