New Jersey Devils goalie Cory Schneider took batting practice at Fenway Park on Wednesday prior to the Boston Red Sox game against the Chicago White Sox.
"I've always said that this is one of my dreams, taking batting practice with the Red Sox," Schneider said.
Schneider, from Marblehead, Mass., met Boston manager John Farrell and second baseman Dustin Pedroia, and gave a Devils jersey to pitcher Rick Porcello, a New Jersey native.
Schneider also received a Red Sox jersey with his name and No. 35.
