NEW YORK -- Washington Capitals center Eric Fehr returned to the lineup for Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Second Round against the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday.
Fehr has not played since April 19, in Game 3 of the first round against the New York Islanders.
Forward Curtis Glencross, who appeared in seven consecutive games, was scratched.
Fehr sustained an upper-body injury in Game 3 against the Islanders and missed the next 10 games. He will center the fourth line between Brooks Laich and Tom Wilson, based on line rushes during warmups.
Fehr has five goals and six points in 36 Stanley Cup Playoff games. He has no points in four Game 7s.
Fehr had 19 goals and 33 points in 75 games during the regular season.
