Panthers' Jagr, Mitchell, Gudbranson out with flu
Defensemen Erik Gudbranson and Willie Mitchell and forward Jaromir Jagr all will miss the game against the Dallas Stars on Thursday after experiencing flu-like symptoms.

SUNRISE, Fla. -- Two days after goalies Roberto Luongo and Al Montoya each sustained an injury, the Florida Panthers are now dealing with a flu problem.

Defensemen Erik Gudbranson and Willie Mitchell and forward Jaromir Jagr all missed the game against the Dallas Stars on Thursday after experiencing flu-like symptoms.

Mitchell, the Panthers' captain, was set to make his return after missing 15 games because of an upper-body injury.

Down to five defenseman, the Panthers brought veteran Shane O'Brien on an emergency call-up from the San Antonio Rampage of the American Hockey League.
