St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the club has assigned forward Ty Rattie to their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, Chicago Wolves.
Rattie, 22, has dressed in five games for the Blues this season, including Feb. 5 against Buffalo, when he posted his first career National Hockey League (NHL) point (assist). The 6'0, 192-pound forward has also appeared in 43 games with the Wolves, ranking fourth on the club with 28 points and sharing ninth in the AHL overall with 17 goals.
The Calgary, Alberta, native was originally drafted by the Blues in the second round, 32nd overall, of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.
