Sharks send forward Hertl, D-man DeMelo to AHL
San Jose Sharks General Manager Doug Wilson announced that the club has reassigned defenseman Dylan DeMelo and forward Tomas Hertl to the Worcester Sharks (AHL).

San Jose Sharks general manager Doug Wilson announced Thursday that the club has reassigned forward Tomas Hertl and defenseman Dylan DeMelo to the Worcester Sharks of the American Hockey League.

DeMelo, 21, has registered 13 points (three goals, 10 assists) and 14 penalty minutes this season with the Worcester Sharks. Last season with Worcester, DeMelo posted 24 points (two goals, 22 assists) in 68 games, finishing first amongst all Worcester defensemen in points and assists.
