Kings' Nolan to have Player Safety hearing
Los Angeles Kings forward Jordan Nolan will have a hearing with the NHL Department of Player Safety on Sunday

Los Angeles Kings forward Jordan Nolan will have a hearing with the NHL Department of Player Safety on Sunday.

At 3:53 of the third period of the Kings' game Friday against the Detroit Red Wings, Nolan hit Red Wings center Darren Helm from behind into the boards. Nolan was assessed a minor penalty for boarding. Helm was not injured on the play.

The following grounds are being considered for supplemental discipline: boarding. However, the Department of Player Safety retains the right to make adjustments to the infraction upon review.
