OHL Roundup: Domi, McCarron four points each to lead Knights over Storm

GUELPH, Ont. - Max Domi and Michael McCarron each had a goal and three assists as the London Knights hammered the host Guelph Storm 7-1 on Sunday in Ontario Hockey League play.

Matt Rupert scored once and set up two more for the Knights (7-6-0) while Christian Dvorak, Chandler Yakimowicz, Aaron Berisha and Mitchell Marner added the others.

Phil Baltilberger scored the lone goal for the Storm (7-4-1).

London's Tyler Parsons made 22 saves for the win as Bradley Van Schubert kicked out 28-of-35 shots for Guelph.

The Knights went 4 for 8 on the power play while the Storm failed to score on eight chances with the man advantage.

RANGERS 6 67's 2

KITCHENER, Ont. — The Rangers used a four-goal second period to blow the game open en route to defeating Ottawa.

Gustaf Franzen, Doug Blaisdell, Brandon Robinson, Darby Llewellyn, Connor Bunnaman and Justin Bailey all scored for Kitchener (7-3-3).

Travis Konecny scored once for the 67's (5-7-0) and assisted on a goal from Dante Salituro.

STEELHEADS 4 SPIRIT 2

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — Brandon Devlin scored the winning goal with 2:13 left in regulation as the Steelheads beat Saginaw.

Michael McLeod, Sam Babintsev and Nathan Bastian, into an empty net, also scored for Mississauga (5-4-1).

Jimmy Lodge had both goals for Saginaw (5-7-1).

FRONTENACS 5 GENERALS 2

OSHAWA, Ont. — Spencer Watson had a goal and an assist as Kingston toppled the Generals.

Ryan Kujawinski, Lawson Crouse, Conor McGlynn and Juho Lammikko also scored for the Frontenacs (6-4-1).

Josh Sterk and Michael Dal Colle supplied the offence for Oshawa (11-2-1).
