The Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled defenseman Scott Harrington from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Jim Rutherford.
The Penguins also re-assigned defenseman Taylor Chorney to WBS.
Harrington, 21, was one of Pittsburgh's final roster cuts earlier this week after finishing plus-1 in five NHL preseason games.
