Holland, 23, had five goals and 10 points in 39 games with the Maple Leafs last season. The forward had five goals and 10 points in 14 regular-season games with the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League, and led the AHL team in the playoffs in goals (seven) and points (15) in 11 games.
The Maple Leafs acquired Holland from the Anaheim Ducks on Nov. 16, 2013, along with Brad Staubitz, in a trade for Jesse Blacker, and a second-round and a seventh-round pick in the 2014 NHL Draft.
Holland has 10 goals and 17 points in 68 NHL games with Toronto and Anaheim.
