McMillan got a one-year contract, Swarz a two-year deal. McMillan had two goals and four assists in 22 games for the Coyotes last season. He had 11 goals and 15 assists in 46 games for Portland, the Coyotes' AHL affiliate.
Swarz had three goals in 26 games with the Coyotes last season. He had eight goals and six assists in 27 games with Portland.
