The Edmonton Oilers agreed to terms with defenseman Jeff Petry on a one-year contract reportedly worth just under $3.1 million on Monday.

The Edmonton Oilers on Monday agreed to terms with defenseman Jeff Petry on a one-year contract. Financial terms were not disclosed, but "Hockey Night in Canada's" Elliotte Friedman reports Petry will make about $3.1 million.
