Round 2 begins Thursday with Bruins vs. Canadiens
NHL announced that the 2014 Stanley Cup Playoffs Second Round will begin Thursday, May 1, with Game 1 of Boston Bruins vs. Montreal Canadiens series.

NEW YORK - The National Hockey League today announced that the 2014 Stanley Cup Playoffs Second Round will begin Thursday, May 1 with a one game slate – Game 1 of the Second Round series between the Boston Bruins and Montreal Canadiens.

The starting time for Game 1 on Thursday will be 7:30 p.m. ET at TD Garden in Boston. The game will be seen exclusively on NBCSN in the U.S. and on CBC and RDS in Canada.

Further information on the 2014 Stanley Cup Playoffs Second Round schedule will be released tomorrow.
