The Los Angeles Kings assigned forward Colin Fraser to the Manchester Monarchs of the American Hockey League, the team announced Sunday.
Fraser has two assists and 30 penalty minutes in 33 games with the Kings this season. In 358 NHL games with the Kings, Edmonton Oilers and Chicago Blackhawks, he has 58 points (20 goals, 38 assists) and 290 penalty minutes.
This will be Fraser's first stint in the AHL since 2007-08, when he had 17 goals, 24 assists and 165 penalty minutes in 75 games with the Rockford IceHogs.
