Kings recall Tyler Toffoli and Jeff Schultz
The Los Angeles Kings on Wednesday recalled forward Tyler Toffoli and defenseman Jeff Schultz from the Manchester Monarchs of the American Hockey League and assigned forwards Tanner Pearson and Linden Vey to Manchester.

The Los Angeles Kings on Wednesday recalled forward Tyler Toffoli and defenseman Jeff Schultz from the Manchester Monarchs of the American Hockey League and assigned forwards Tanner Pearson and Linden Vey to Manchester.

Toffoli, 21, has played in 33 games with the Kings this season, scoring nine goals and 17 points along with four penalty minutes, five game-winning goals and a plus-14 rating. He has 10 goals and 16 points in 13 games with Manchester.

Schultz, 27, has played in 41 games for the Monarchs this season; he has one goal, seven points and 14 penalty minutes. He has 11 goals and 75 points in 399 NHL games, all with the Washington Capitals.

Pearson, 21, has one goal in eight games with the Kings, as well as 13 goals and 25 points in 30 games with Manchester. Vey, 22, has five assists in 15 games with the Kings this season. He has six goals and 12 points in 20 games with the Monarchs.
