SAN ANTONIO - Joey Crabb's power-play goal in the first period was the eventual winner as the San Antonio Rampage scored five unanswered goals in a 5-1 victory over the Abbotsford Heat on Tuesday in American Hockey League play.
Jacob Markstrom made 27 saves as the Rampage ended a three-game skid.
Mark Cundari's goal 1:35 into the game gave Abbotsford (23-12-2) a 1-0 lead. Joni Ortio stopped 19 of 23 shots in 46:36 of work for the Heat. Joey MacDonald turned aside six of seven shots in relief.
San Antonio went 4 for 6 on the power play, while Abbotsford didn't score on its five man advantages.
