The Pittsburgh Penguins will bring a four-game winning streak and a big lead in the Metropolitan Division to New York City on Wednesday night.
Despite several injuries both up front and on the blue line, the Penguins (24-10-1) will look to make it five in a row when they face the New York Rangers (8 p.m. ET, NBCSN, TSN2). Pittsburgh will enter the game with a 10-point lead atop the Metropolitan.
"I haven't seen it kind of pile up like it has," injured Penguins defenseman Rob Scuderi told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. "It really speaks to the depth of the organization."

Ottawa Senators at New Jersey Devils -- The Senators must like what they see from rookie defenseman Cody Ceci, who played 21:08 on Monday and scored his first NHL goal at 3:59 of overtime in a 3-2 win against the St. Louis Blues. Ceci, the 15th player selected at the 2012 NHL Draft, will fight for playing time now that Eric Gryba is back from suspension and Marc Methot is recovered from the flu. New Jersey is playing the second of a three-game homestand; the Devils earned a 3-0 win against the Tampa Bay Lightning on Saturday. Martin Brodeur made 33 saves for his 124th career shutout.
Pittsburgh Penguins at New York Rangers -- Pittsburgh continues to find ways to win despite a rash of injuries on its blue line. The Penguins played Monday without Scuderi, Kris Letang, Paul Martin and Brooks Orpik, yet came away with a 3-1 victory against the Toronto Maple Leafs at Consol Energy Center. Sidney Crosby broke a 1-1 tie with 6:03 left in regulation. Pittsburgh also played without center Evgeni Malkin, who is day-to-day with a lower-body injury. After losing the first four games on their nine-game homestand (0-3-1), the Rangers got back into the win column with a 4-3 shootout victory against the Calgary Flames on Sunday. New York continues to be without defenseman Marc Staal (concussion) and captain Ryan Callahan (knee).
