New York Islanders center Casey Cizikas left the game against the Phoenix Coyotes on Thursday night with an injured jaw and the team said he will not return.

Cizikas was injured in a collision with Phoenix defenseman Connor Murphy while he was forechecking on his fourth shift of the night. He saw 2:31 of ice time before leaving.
