Weiss returns, Bertuzzi sidelined for Red Wings
Forward Stephen Weiss returned to the Detroit Red Wings lineup Saturday against the Ottawa Senators, and Todd Bertuzzi was scratched with an upper-body injury.

Forward Stephen Weiss returned to the Detroit Red Wings lineup Saturday against the Ottawa Senators, and Todd Bertuzzi was scratched with an upper-body injury.

Weiss had missed six games with a groin injury.

Daniel Alfredsson did not play for Detroit against his former team. The longtime Senators captain, who signed with Detroit during the summer, has been sidelined since Nov. 12 with a groin injury, but said Saturday morning he expects to be back in the lineup next week.
