Canucks recall Booth from conditioning assignment
The Vancouver Canucks on Tuesday recalled forward David Booth from a conditioning assignment with Utica of the American Hockey League

David Booth was recalled by the Vancouver Canucks on Tuesday from a conditioning assignment in the American Hockey League.

Booth had one assist in three games with the Utica Comets, helping the team record its first-ever victory.

He had one goal and three points in 11 games with the Canucks prior to being sent down.

To make room on the roster the Canucks sent forward Darren Archibald to the AHL. He had two assists in eight NHL games.

Quote of the Day

I came into a team that had 65 points, that was at the bottom of the basement, a team that everybody wrote off as never going to be good. My goal is to go from the very bottom to the very top.
