Max Reinhart scores twice for Abbotsford Heat in 4-3 win over Utica Comets

UTICA, N.Y. - Max Reinhart scored twice as the Abbotsford Heat held off the Utica Comets 4-3 in American Hockey League play Friday.

Blair Jones, with the game-winning goal, and Markus Granlund also scored for the Heat (6-4-1).

Abbotsford goaltender Joni Ortio finished with 27 saves, while Joe Cannata stopped 30 shots for Utica.

Reinhart's first goal gave Abbotsford a brief lead in the first period before Hamill tied the game less than two minutes later.

The teams traded goals again in the second, with Tommernes and Granlund swapping power-play goals.

Reinhart scored 6:32 into the third, but Utica's Ferriero tied the game for the last time at 8:15. Jones then scored at 15:25 to put Abbotsford ahead for good.
