KENNEWICK, Wash. - Troy Bourke scored twice as the Prince George Cougars edged the Tri-City Americans 2-1 in the lone Western Hockey League game Sunday.
Bourke scored power-play goals in the first and second periods, respectively, for the Cougars (1-2-0).
Beau McCue scored the lone goal of the game, shorthanded, for the Americans (0-2-0) in the third.
Ty Edmonds made 21 saves for the Cougars, while Eric Comrie stopped 27 shots for Tri-City.
