Oilers agree with Khaira on entry-level contract
The Edmonton Oilers agreed to terms on Wednesday with forward Jujhar Khaira on a three-year, entry-level contract.

The Edmonton Oilers agreed to terms Wednesday with forward Jujhar Khaira on a three-year, entry-level contract.

A third-round pick (No. 63) by the Oilers in the 2012 NHL Draft, Khaira ranked third on Michigan Tech last season with 25 points (six goals) in 37 games.

In two previous seasons playing for the Prince George Spruce Kings of the British Columbia Hockey League, Khaira, who turns 19 on Aug. 13, scored 39 goals and had 121 points in 112 games.
