Ducks re-sign Palmieri to three-year contract
The Anaheim Ducks on Friday re-signed restricted free agent Kyle Palmieri to a three-year contract.

The Anaheim Ducks on Friday re-signed restricted free agent Kyle Palmieri to a three-year contract. Financial terms of the deal were not release, but the Orange County Register reported the total value of the deal to be $4.4 million.

Palmieri had 10 goals -- including five game-winners -- and 21 points in 42 regular-season games last season, and added three goals and two assists in seven Stanley Cup Playoff games.

Taken by the Ducks with the 26th pick of the 2009 NHL Draft, Palmieri has 15 goals and 14 assists in 70 games, all with Anaheim, the past three seasons.
