Winnipeg Jets agree to terms with forward O'Dell to one-year, two-way deal

WINNIPEG - The Winnipeg Jets agreed to terms with forward Eric O'Dell on a new one-year, two-way contract Tuesday worth US$600,000 at the NHL level.

O'Dell, 23, had 29 goals and 26 assists in 59 games with the AHL's St. John's IceCaps last season.

The native of Ottawa was originally selected by the Anaheim Ducks in the second round, 39th overall, in the 2008 NHL draft.
