LA Kings agree to new 2-year deal with forward Jordan Nolan

LOS ANGELES, Calif. - The Los Angeles Kings agreed to terms on a new two-year contract with forward Jordan Nolan on Sunday.

He had two goals, four assists and 46 penalty minutes in 44 games with the team last season. He played in seven post-season games, with no points and four penalty minutes.

The 24-year-old forward has played 70 career NHL games with the Kings, who selected him in the seventh round of the 2009 entry draft.

Quote of the Day

I'm very excited about what happened today. We've worked on this deal with Toronto for a month, or over a month. It got a little bit of legs on draft day, but it really heated up last night, and we were able to complete the deal today.
