Les Jets et l'attaquant Eric Tangradi évitent l'arbitrage salarial

WINNIPEG - Les Jets de Winnipeg ont réussi à éviter l'arbitrage salarial dans le dossier de l'attaquant Eric Tangradi.

Les deux parties se sont entendues, selon différentes sources, sur les détails d'un contrat de deux ans au montant global de 1,35 million $ US.

Tangradi a marqué un but et amassé trois mentions d'aide en 36 matchs avec les Jets, la saison dernière.

L'Américain de 24 ans a deux buts, sept aides et 48 minutes de punition en 81 rencontres en carrière avec les Penguins de Pittsburgh et Winnipeg.

Il a initialement été sélectionné au deuxième tour, 42e en tout, par les Ducks d'Anaheim lors du repêchage de 2007.
