Draft experts agree on top two picks, not much else
NHL.com's draft experts agree on top two picks -- and little else.

With the NHL Scouting Combine in the books, teams are assembling their final lists for the 2013 NHL Draft, set for June 30 at Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.

The NHL.com draft experts also have assembled their lists, plotting how the first round of this year's draft could look.

Adam Kimelman, Mike G. Morreale and Steve Hoffner remain in agreement on the first two picks: Portland Winterhawks defenseman Seth Jones will go to the Colorado Avalanche at No. 1, followed by Halifax Mooseheads center Nathan MacKinnon at No. 2 to the Florida Panthers.

After that, however, the mock drafts take divergent paths, with two of our experts believing the Tampa Bay Lightning will take MacKinnon's teammate, left wing Jonathan Drouin, with the No. 3 pick, while Kimelman believes the Lightning will opt for Finnish center Aleksander Barkov.

There are a few other differences of opinion throughout the first 30 picks.

Of those 30 selections, the Columbus Blue Jackets and Calgary Flames have three picks each in what some NHL scouts feel could be the deepest draft since 2003. The Blue Jackets own picks No. 14, No. 19 (from the New York Rangers in the Rick Nash deal) and No. 27 (from the Los Angeles Kings in the Jeff Carter trade). The Flames will pick sixth, 22nd (from the St. Louis Blues in the Jay Bouwmeester deal) and 28th (from the Pittsburgh Penguins in the Jarome Iginla trade).

The Buffalo Sabres and Dallas Stars have two picks each. The Sabres own the eighth pick and the 16th (from the Minnesota Wild in the Jason Pominville trade). The Stars own the 10th pick and the Boston Bruins' top choice (via the Jaromir Jagr trade); that choice will be No. 29 or No. 30, depending on the outcome of the Stanley Cup Final.

Take a look at the three mock drafts and weigh in with your opinions.
