Several Maple Leafs skip morning skate ahead of Game 4 against Boston Bruins

TORONTO - Several Toronto players passed on the morning skate ahead of Game 4 against the Boston Bruins.

There were 16 players on the ice during the Maple Leafs' workout at Air Canada Centre, including University of Western Ontario goalie Josh Unice.

Starting netminder James Reimer took the morning off.

Boston has a 2-1 lead in the best-of-seven Eastern Conference quarter-final.

The Bruins beat Toronto 5-2 in Game 3 last Monday in the Maple Leafs' first home playoff game in nine years.

The series will shift back to Boston for Game 5 on Friday night.

Quote of the Day

There was a lot of talk off the ice. From a player's standpoint, that's not the talk in the room. GMs make decisions, coaches make decisions, but as a team you have to come together and be ready to go, and we are.
