Leafs beat Sens 4-1; Toronto qualifies for playoffs for first time since 2004

OTTAWA - James Reimer made 49 saves Saturday as Toronto Maple Leafs defeated the Ottawa Senators 4-1 to qualify for the NHL playoffs for the first time since 2004.

James van Riemsdyk, with two, Nazem Kadri and Joffrey Lupul scored for Toronto (25-15-5).

Jakob Silfverberg replied for Ottawa (24-15-6). Craig Anderson stopped 18 shots in taking the loss.
