ST. PAUL, Minn. - Patrick Sharp has returned to the Chicago Blackhawks' lineup after a 14-game absence because of a shoulder injury.
Sharp was back on the ice Tuesday night at Minnesota, skating on the second line with Patrick Kane and Marcus Kruger. The 31-year-old Sharp last played on March 6 when he was hurt against Colorado on a hit along the boards by Avalanche defenceman Ryan O'Byrne.
Sharp led the Blackhawks with 33 goals last season, to go with 36 assists. He has five goals and 13 assists in 24 games this year.
Sharp is in his eighth season with Chicago.
