Bruins, Blackhawks swap minor-league forwards
The Bruins on Wednesday completed a minor deal by acquiring forward Rob Flick from the Blackhawks in exchange for forward Maxime Sauve.

The Boston Bruins on Wednesday completed a minor deal by acquiring forward Rob Flick from the Chicago Blackhawks in exchange for forward Maxime Sauve.

Flick, 22, was selected in the fourth round (No. 120) of the 2010 Draft by the Blackhawks. The 6-foot-2, 192-pound center had two goals, five points and 97 penalty minutes in 51 games for Chicago's American Hockey League affiliate in Rockford in 2012-13.

Sauve, 23, a 5-foot-11, 170-pound center, was chosen in the second round (No. 47) of the 2008 Draft by the Bruins. He played in 52 games with the Providence Bruins, Boston's AHL affiliate, this season and produced 10 goals and 24 points.
