Gaunce, 23, was playing for the Lake Erie Monsters of the American Hockey League, where he had 60 points (51 assists), 272 penalty minutes and a plus-22 rating in 197 games. He appeared in 11 games for the Avalanche in 2010-11. He will be assigned to Texas.
Vincour has played 15 games for Dallas this season, with two goals and an assist. The veteran of 86 NHL games was with Texas of the AHL.
