BOSTON - The Boston Bruins signed forward Anthony Camara to an entry-level contract Thursday.

Camara has 36 goals and 24 assists in 48 games this season with Barrie Colts of the Ontario Hockey League.

The six-foot, 190-pound Toronto native was selected in the third round, No. 81 overall, by Boston in the 2011 NHL entry draft.

Camara has appeared in 243 career OHL games with 66 goals and 56 assists. He also has three goals and five assists in 31 career playoff games and recorded two assists for Canada at the 2013 world junior hockey championship in Russia.

Quote of the Day

He is, in my opinion, one of the best defensemen in the NHL and continuing to grow. I think his game, from an offensive standpoint, he continues to drive our offense... I think there's still tremendous upside for Oliver.
