ST. LOUIS -- The St. Louis Blues lost right wing T.J. Oshie to an upper-body injury midway through Tuesday night's game against the San Jose Sharks.

Oshie connected on a hit against the Sharks' Brent Burns 8:36 into the second period and immediately went to the bench. Oshie did not return.

The Blues are missing forwards Alex Steen (upper body), Andy McDonald (knee), Vladimir Tarasenko (concussion), and Jamie Langenbrunner (hip) is out for the season.

Quote of the Day

He's only 17 but he can see the ice so well and he moves the puck and goes to the open ice all the time, so I just think he's a player that is ready to play in the NHL. I'm really looking forward to coaching someone like this.
