Chicago Blackhawks' NHL record streak over at 24 games with 6-2 loss to Colorado Avalanche

DENVER - The Chicago Blackhawks' historic 24-game point streak to start the NHL season has ended with a 6-2 loss to the Colorado Avalanche.

Chicago had won 21 games and lost in overtime three times before the regulation-time loss to the lowly Avs.
