Sparks makes 25 saves as the Storm down the Greyhounds

GUELPH, Ont. - Garret Sparks made 25 saves as the Guelph Storm downed the visiting Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds 6-2 on Friday in Ontario Hockey League play.

Cody McNaughton, Tanner Richard, Scott Kosmachuk and Ryan Horvat each had a goal and an assist for the Storm (37-21-5) while Brock McGinn and Zack Mitchell added single goals.

Colin Miller and Sergey Tolchinksy scored for the Greyhounds (34-24-6), who have dropped back-to-back games, and Matt Murray turned away 37-of-43 shots in defeat.

Guelph went 0 for 8 on the power play while Sault Ste. Marie failed to score on seven chances with the man advantage.
