Catenacci with five points as Attack extend win streak to five games

OWEN SOUND, Ont. - Daniel Catenacci scored three times and assisted on two more as the Owen Sound Attack defeated the visiting Saginaw Spirit 6-2 on Saturday in Ontario Hockey League play.

Holden Cook and Kurtis Gabriel each had a goal and an assist for the Attack (38-17-4), who extended their win streak to five games, while Cody Ceci added a single goal.

Eric Locke scored both goals for the Spirit (29-24-6), who lost for the first time in four outings.

Jordan Binnington stopped 36-of-38 shots for the win as Nikita Serebryakov made 30 saves in a losing cause.

Owen Sound went 2 for 4 on the power play, and scored once shorthanded, while Saginaw failed to score on eight chances with the man advantage.
