Graham makes 37 saves as the Bulls blank the Steelheads

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. - Charlie Graham stopped all 37 shots he faced as the Belleville Bulls blanked the host Mississauga Steelheads 1-0 on Friday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Daniil Zharkov scored a power-play goal at 12:56 of the second period for the Bulls (33-14-6), who have won four games in a row.

Bobby MacIntyre looked to have scored in the second period for the Steelheads (24-25-5), who lost in regulation for the first time in four outings, however the goal was called off after being ruled it was scored with a high stick.

Spencer Martin made 31 saves in a losing cause.

Belleville went 1 for 7 on the power play while Mississauga failed to score on five chances with the man advantage.

Quote of the Day

He's, believe it or not, actually one of my favorite guys, and I've ended up trading him twice. I appreciate what he's done. He was one year away from being an unrestricted free agent, and I felt with this opportunity, that it was a chance that we were able to get somebody for him in Nick Bonino and Adam Clendening.
