Magnus Hellberg makes 29 saves as Milwaukee Admirals down Abbotsford Heat 2-1

MILWAUKEE - Magnus Hellberg made 29 saves Tuesday as the Milwaukee Admirals defeated the Abbotsford Heat 2-1 in the American Hockey League.

Juuso Puustinen and Taylor Beck had the goals for Milwaukee (21-19-6).

Max Reinhart replied for Abbotsford (26-17-7), which got 18 saves from Barry Brust.

Puustinen opened the scoring at 11:50 of the second on the power play and Beck doubled the Admirals' lead at 3:35 of the third.

Reinhart got one back for the Heat at 9:18, but that would be as close as Abbotsford would get.

Milwaukee was 1-for-3 on the power play, while the Heat wound up 0-for-4.

Quote of the Day

It's pretty crazy, but believe me when I say we didn't draft these players with the mindset we had to because they had good hockey-playing dads. It just turned out that way. But we're certainly glad they're a part of our organization.

— Arizona Coyotes director of amateur scouting Tim Bernhardt regarding the coincidence that six of the organization's top prospects are sons of former NHL players
