SWIFT CURRENT, Sask. - Eetu Laurikainen stopped 35 shots on Saturday for his first Western Hockey League shutout as the Swift Current Broncos blanked the visiting Prince Albert Raiders 3-0.
Adam Lowry had a goal and an assist for the Broncos (26-24-5), who halted a three-game winless streak, and Brett Lernout and Chance Lund each scored once.
Lernout's goal was his first of his WHL career.
Luke Siemens turned away 38-of-41 shots in a losing cause for the Raiders (31-20-5).
Swift Current went 0 for 2 on the power play while Prince Albert failed to score on three chances with the man advantage.
