On a Saturday filled with plenty of on-ice action, the NHL Network is the perfect hockey hub for fans across the United States.

It all starts at 1 p.m. ET with an Atlantic Division matchup between the Pittsburgh Penguins and New Jersey Devils at the Prudential Center. It should be a spirited affair between two teams that have been among the Eastern Conference's hottest clubs this season. And with names like Crosby, Brodeur and Malkin, it also should showcase some of the game's top talent.

SATURDAY'S NHL NETWORK-US SLATE

On a Saturday filled with plenty of on-ice action, the NHL Network is the perfect hockey hub for fans across the United States.
  • 1 ET: Pittsburgh Penguins at New Jersey Devils
  • 4 ET: Phoenix Coyotes at San Jose Sharks
  • 7 ET: Toronto Maple Leafs at Montreal Canadiens

At 4 p.m. ET, the NHL Network descends on San Jose for an afternoon faceoff between the Phoenix Coyotes and San Jose Sharks. These Pacific Division rivals will renew acquaintances at HP Pavilion and it could be interesting. Phoenix won the Pacific last season, marking the first time in five years that the Sharks didn't take the division crown. And with San Jose's high-powered offense taking on Phoenix's stingy defense, it could make for a spirited battle of wills.

It all wraps up at 7 p.m. ET in Montreal, as the Toronto Maple Leafs visit the Montreal Canadiens to add yet another chapter to one of the greatest rivalries in sports. Toronto topped their Northeast Division rival 2-1 on opening night, but the Habs have since gone 6-2-1 and will be looking to gain some measure of revenge in this Original Six matchup.

It all adds up to yet another busy day of action. For all the latest NHL news and highlights, tune into the NHL Network or visit NHL.com.
