Paulic makes 32 saves as the Warriors end the Broncos win streak

SWIFT CURRENT, Sask. - Justin Paulic made 32 saves as the Moose Jaw Warriors downed the host Swift Current Broncos 5-2 on Saturday in Western Hockey League play.

Sam Fioretti, Brayden Point and Justin Kirsch each had a goal and an assist for the Warriors (16-25-9) while Tanner Eberle and Bryson Gore scored added a goal apiece.

Reece Scarlett had a goal and an assist for the Broncos (24-21-5), who had their seven-game win streak halted, and Ryon Moser had the other.

Landon Bow stopped 19-of-24 shots in a losing cause.

Moose Jaw went 2 for 8 on the power play while Swift Current failed to score on three chances with the man advantage.

179 combined minutes in penalties were handed out, including 11 majors and eight game misconducts.
