BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - Jason Gregoire scored to help the St. John's IceCaps complete a third-period rally and beat the Binghamton Senators 3-2 in American Hockey League action Monday.
Gregoire's goal at 9:35 came just over three minutes after Kael Mouillierat tied the game for St. John's (18-20-3).
Maxime Macenauer gave the IceCaps the early lead with a power-play goal 3:55 into the game.
The Senators (25-10-4), who are tied for first place in the Eastern Conference with Springfield, went up 2-1 in the second period on goals by Mika Zibanejad and Derek Grant.
Grant's goal came shorthanded and managed the beat the buzzer with one second left.
IceCaps goaltender Eddie Pasquale made 32 saves, while at the other end Nathan Lawson stopped 36 shots.
